U. Village has five new residents. Five pig statues were placed in the complex this past weekend as part of the kickoff of Pigs on Parade 2001, a public art exhibit that will place more than 200 fiberglass pigs along sidewalks and in plazas throughout the city of Seattle. The statues -- identical to Rachel, the bronze pig in Pike Place Market -- were decorated by local artists. They will be on display through September.
