Rant: A three-minute sex tape featuring Fred Durst has surfaced on the Internet. Durst feigns frustration. After all, he did it all for the nookie.

Rant: New Jersey animal rights activists protest Kraft's introduction of "road kill-themed" gummi candy, citing it encourages cruelty to animals. Next on their list, Swedish Fish, animal crackers and Goldfish crackers.

Rant: A suicide bomber in Baghdad killed 115 people and wounded more than 132, the single deadliest suicide attack in two years.

Rave: Happy National Pig Day and Happy Peanut Butter Lovers' Day.

Rave: Score one for law enforcement: Seattle police officers are now ticketing those ridiculous drivers that wait till the last 10 feet to merge.

Rave: Ron Jeremy, star of 1,700 adult films, will soon join the ranks of Winston Churchill, Ronald Reagan and Mother Theresa in the Oxford Union debating society. Apparently, among Jeremy's other talents, he's a master debater and cunning linguist.
