*The idea of a condom company grading the sexual health of a University may seem unusual, but Trojan condoms have risen to the challenge. [HTML_REMOVED]
After surveying 100 public and private universities, the condom giant ranked Yale the nation's most sexually healthy school. The Ivy League school received an A grade in each of the report card's seven categories, including Sexual Assault Services, HIV/STI testing and outreach programs. Yale apparently got extra credit for promoting on-campus discussion of sex and relationships during its annual Sex Week.[HTML_REMOVED]

[HTML_REMOVED]By comparison, Brigham Young University came in at No. 100 after receiving an F in every category. The University of Notre Dame also received an F in every category, but was ranked 99th.[HTML_REMOVED]

[HTML_REMOVED]*In other Oregon grade-related news, the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education has flunked the entire state for its poor higher education affordability, The University of Oregon Daily Emerald reported. Oregon is in good company: According to the think tank's report, 42 other states received the same mark. [HTML_REMOVED]
[HTML_REMOVED]Utah and California received the highest grades, each earning a C-.[HTML_REMOVED]
[HTML_REMOVED]*Washington State University students will once again have to worry about cops in the residence halls. Police patrols were barred in WSU dorms in May after a student brought a lawsuit complaining that police presence in student living spaces violated students' privacy.[HTML_REMOVED]
This caused confusion as to whether Cougar dorms were open to police, fire and emergency crews, according to The Daily Evergreen. One emergency phone meeting later, WSU's Board of Regents passed a temporary rule Monday allowing police and emergency personnel unrestricted access to the dorms.[HTML_REMOVED]
"WSU police should resume patrols by the end of this week," The Evergreen reported.
